Comentarios: Canción desechada de One-Trick Pony, está grabada bajo el fondo musical de "Oh, Marion".
El comienzo parece casi un chiste: un tipo con el corazón roto va al médico como si el dolor amoroso fuera una enfermedad curable. El estribillo deja claro el motivo: "It’s all because of you / wouldn’t say I do" Es decir, la otra persona rechazó comprometerse. Eso lo desató todo. Luego Simon lleva la escena al siguiente nivel: si el médico no ayudó, tal vez lo haga la farmacia. Es un recurso muy de la tradición del blues: acudir a la ciencia, luego a las drogas, y más adelante a la magia. Va escalando: cuerpo, química, alma. Y ninguna solución sirve. La gitana no tiene respuestas mágicas, sólo el consejo más sensato de todos: "Go away, take a weekend or two" Una joya de línea: directa, realista, desmitificadora.
